Wow, I wasn’t aware that Murdaugh & his legal team tried to vacate, dismiss,appeal & have the judge recused after he admitted to stealing from his clients😧 My God, the man has no shame even after killing his own wife & son for $$. May he suffer the rest of his days in a tiny cell, forever haunted by the damage & pain he caused. Bravo to the lawyers 👏🏼 that defended the clients~ it’s not over yet but it’s good that they’ve got decent people behind them for a change.

It is hard to reconcile this whole mess. I am glad they were spared of the testimonies and knife stabbing pain it would have caused. 27 years, yes we wished it would have been 102. Liz Farrell and Mandy Matney kept bringing to light the unfathomable crimes and influence on the legal system this family and others had/have in the SC low country. Tenacious reporters, honest lawyers, a few SLED and police individuals, and good judges were the winning team. Still a lot of corruption there, but the national spotlight helps.
