Over hiring is the reason for this state of firing in 1000's Tech companies need to treat humans as humans and not cattles while in the race of making money and wanting to be on top. Will the top person take responsibility? Resigning is not the solution... Employees leaving in the middle of the project for better opportunity is justified then.

That means you are soft locked by 1 project and another project also wants to soft lock you and they will place a challaenge softlock over frst project so that once you are release from frst project, you will be locked in 2nd project.
