● Cover your healthy eye (with a black patch if possible, or just with your hand).
● 1 or 2 feet distance from the screen, depending on screen size. The point of the exercise is to make your eye move around the eye socket.
● Full screen display. Try using a big monitor, or a 10'' tablet, but keep your head closer to it.
● Dark room.
● If you use glasses wear them while watching this.
● 15-20 minutes of exercises every day, twice a day, with your healthy eye covered. Combine with the other videos in this channel.
