My progress! Starting weight: 152 lbs Goal: 110 lbs - 120 lbs Day 1:✅ - the first workout was a bit of a struggle but overall very good! Day 2 :✅ - The first workout got easier. - I could see a slight difference in my stomach - My strength is better Day 3: SORRY FOR NO UPDATE! I'm back! day 3 was good and I can see my calves getting small, making me look a bit taller! Day 4: Good! I see a nice difference on my stomach. day 5: A tiny change in my thighs! Looks quite smaller :) Day 6: Same again! :) Day 7: I still can't belive house much better my body looks! Day 8: More changes are being made, my calves are much skinnier and makes me look nice and tall!! Day 9: Today was my last day! I am so happy with the results and I definently recommend this workout! Starting weight - 152lbs Current: 144lbs So happy

Ok I just finished this workout for 21 Days so I'm gonna tell y'all how I did Day 1: Was Hard and I took 1 minute breaks after all the exercises Day 2: Was kinda easy still took breaks after all the exercises Day 3: it was really easy and I only took 20 second breaks Day 4: *couldn't do it because I got a cold* Day 5: I only did 1 set because I had a very bad cold it was prob the flu Day 6: Was able to do the whole workout and it was Easy took 2 minutes breaks tho Day 7: it was super easy and I took No breaks and I saw some results Day 8: skipped because I forgot Day 9: did the workout 2 times Because of yesterday Day 10: super easy felt like nothing and saw some results in tummy & thighs Day 11: barley could feel me doing anything got more results in tummy Day 13: skipped because everything was sore Day 14: Was Very sore but still did it (I started getting alot and I mean alot of results without noticing on day 13 & 14) Day 15: results was coming in like Flash Day 16: Was sore but still did it and I got a few results in my arms Day 17: I started to muscle and I got scared because I didn't wanna look like a boy so I skipped it Day 18: did the workout 3 times Because I was really energized Day 19: started to not be afraid of muscling because I know a stretch that stops you from muscling get this comment to 100 likes and I tell it y'all Day 20: did it 4 times Because my goal ends tomorrow Day 21: (final day) did it 2 times My waist is super tiny I'm like a hourglass ⏳ my legs are slim My belly is flat I'm really strong when I do stretches/workouts that require alot of strength and I'm still thinking of doing this workout every day!! *I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS WORKOUT IT WAS A GAME CHANGER TO ME IT'S SUPER EASY AND I COULDN'T FEEL ME DOING MUCH IN DAY 3!!

It's not easy as u think. The first workout itself is enough for us to die. She is so thin and it looks easy when she does that but it's not .. anyways we can't achieve anything without pain no pain no gain

Trying this for 2 weeks ^^ Day 1; ✅ Done! Didn’t notice any changes cause it’s day 1 lol but it’s really easy except the first exercise TT i did two sets Day 2; ✅ Done! I'm doing this until I get my dream body. Current weight - 58.50kg Dream weight - 53kg (for now) Day 1: I found the first two exercises quite hard. Did 2 sets Day 2: Same as first day. No changes. 2 sets done Day 3: My legs seem a little slimmer. Did 2 sets again Day 4: A lot easier. Didn't feel anything. 2 sets (Also, I go to school too, so I get tired, but I still do it) Day 5: I wasn't feeling well but still did 2 sets. It's not hard at all. Didn't check for changes because my stomach was bloated. Day 6: I found out I had a cold, but like the dedicated girl I am, I still did 2 sets. I checked for results and saw that my stomach was flatter than before. Im so happy!! Day 7: Same as day 6, but I see my thighs and calves getting slimmer. YAY!! End of Week 1 🎉 Day 8: I weighed myself today and I am 58.05kg. Yayyyy!! I worked out and felt a little sore because I am sick but I still didn't feel much Let's skip to day 14, I took a little break for a few days after Day 8 because I was sick but then I started from day 9 and now after day 14 I weighed myself and I lost 1 kg!! I am at 57.35kg now! Yayyy Hope to see expected, results soon. Remind me!

Doing this for 21 days. Starting weight: 89kg Goal weight: 80kg Started: 11/23/23 Ended: 12/13/23 O---------------O (I am not lowering my calories or going on a diet during the time period) (I might do this for longer depending on if I see any changes) (I am doing a cardio workout and another slimming workout while doing this one) O---------------O Day 1: ✅ the first exercise was very hard to me. Not to hard for the first day tho. Did it twice. No changes yet because it’s the first day. Day 2: ✅ A lot easier than yesterday. Started to get the hang of the first exercise. Only did it once because I was very busy today. Not noticing any changes yet. Day 3: ✅ A little harder than yesterday but not too bad. I am noticing a slightly more defined curve on the sides of my stomach. My hourglass is starting to come in!! I am weighing myself today. I can finally put my legs all the way down on the first exercise. I am feeling a lot stronger than day 1. Did it once. Current weight: 90kg O---------------O (Instead of going down weight I am going up in weight and I think it is because of my diet, so I have made the decision that I am going on a diet) O---------------O Calorie count: 1,460.55 cal Day 4: ✅ A lot easier than yesterday. Just wanted to tell you that when you exercise you are getting stronger and building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat so that I most likely why you weighed more at one point.

Попробую эту тренеровку, буду делать 7 дней🙃 начну с сегоднешнего дня, сейчас вечер, но я постараюсь сделать пару подходов, с завтрашнего дня буду на правильном питании🥲 1 день: делаю замеры Талия-67 Бедра-94 Ляшки-56 Низ живота-81 Вес-60 Сделала 3 подхода, с перерывами по 5-10 минут ✅ 2 день: сделала опять 3 подхода с перерывом в 5-10 минут, делала вечером, сегодня было тяжелее чем вчера, но пока что терпимо 3 день: сделала как и в прошлые разы у подхода, вечером. Сегодня не так тяжело как вчера было, но 3 подход дался по сложнее, осталось ещё 5 дней, залайкайте чтобы не потеряла🥲♥ 4 день: по классике сделала 3 подхода вечером, на этот раз было тяжело но справилась, уже замечаю небольшие изменения, на 7 день узнаем что получится)❤✅ 5 день: сделала как всегда 3 подхода вечером) но на этот раз без перерыва, было сложно, но терпимо, спасибо за поддержку❤ через 2 дня наконец узнаем результаты)✅ 6 день: я на финишной прямой, сделала 3 подхода без перерыва, завтра последняя тренеровка и раконец узнаем результаты🥰✅ День 7: сегодня последний день, точнее уже вечер😅 я сделала 3 подхода, результаты скажу утром, спасибо за поддержку♥✅ Результаты: Талия-65 Бедра-93 Ляшки-55 Низ живота-80 Вес-58

Giving this a shot for 2 weeks! Day 1: ✅ it went really well! I did both sets and felt soo good afterwards! Day 2: ✅it went well as well! I did both sets but the ab one seemed a little harder! But that’s just because my ab muscles are weak, but great day! Day 3:✅ Did both sets and had to take a break during the first set ab workout but I finished both sets! That’s all for now! I’m doing this for 1 month 🎉 Starting weight 56 kgs Goal 45- 48 Day 1: ✅ I’m done with one set at 2;30pm it was pretty easy and it’ll be easier if i keep going! Ill do next set after my volleyball session. Done with second set!! It was easy. Day 2: ✅ done with one set but i feel no change or stress after the workout i think I’ve improved in stamina!

This literally works! Ive done this workout for a week + drinking 2l of water (i stopped on monday because i had a lot to study) but the results are there! My clothes fit different on me, my thigh gap has gotten bigger and just this morning i saw how toned my chest and my collarbone were!

@@specialzulfia2851 yes, but it will take longer to get the the desired results, and only working out alone will not work, also try eating a balanced diet, like you can eat what you want but in portions! And also drink 2l of water. Don't starve yourself because it always backfires, same as other way of losing weight fast, take your time, have patience and motivation, and trust me it will work! Also time to time you can also add something or replace something In your workout routine like running, jumping, biking, because eventually your body will get used to just a simple workout and it would just not work as well

Doing this for a week! Day 1:✅ it was really easy, both 2 sets done with no rest in between Day 2:✅ surprisingly i already see a tiny difference in my upper body, my whole upper body is lifted and my arms are a tiny bit slimmer. Also my lower belly is a bit smaller Day 3:✅ I ALREADY SEE A PRETTY BUT DIFFERENCE IN MY WAIST AND MY LOWER BODY OMGG Day 4:❌ i had some stuff going on in my life so i really didn’t have time sorry Day 5: ✅ i did 4 sets (2 for today and 2 for yesterday) plus some more workouts, i can see a difference in my whole body, especially my arms and waist Day 6: ✅ done, it felt SO refreshing i love it Day 7: DONEEE FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT IT WORKSSSSSS I’m doing this for 1 week (i will also be doing a leg slimming workout from this channel) Please remind me to update!

Starting from today doing this for 3 weeks! Starting weight: 130 lb/ 59 kg Week 1 Day 1: ✅✅No change (of course), did it twice today, struggled on the first one but felt amazing afterwards! Day 2: ✅ No change yet, I could only do it once as I pulled a two muscles, but it was felt easier than yesturday! Day 3: ✅✅VERY SMALL CHANGE, did it twice, getting used to it now and felt so much easier! Day 4: ✅The change is now slightly visible! Could only do it once today, it keeps getting easier as I get more hard to it. Day 5: ✅I'm really seeing the change now, only did it once but I'll do it three times tomorrow! Day 6:✅✅✅The change is amazing and very happy with it, weight update tomorrow. Day 7: ✅✅Finished the first week! Probably wont show the next week's but here's the overall: Weight now: 123 lb/ 55kg (4kg lost so far!) The workout was amazing, the change is visible and I've been complimented by friends for the change, I've had no diet and it's worked very well! I would suggest doing it three times a day of you want to see results quicker :)

Doing this for two weeks! FIRST WEEK: Day 1:it was pretty easy, I did 3 sets before school and 3 sets after school. Day 2:It was okay, did 2 sets before school and 1 set after school. Day 3:I definitely felt the burn. Did 2 sets before school. Day 4:I see some changes in my belly! Not in my legs tho, but we’ll continue. Did 3 sets before theatre and 1 set in the evening. Буду делать 14 дней Вес 58.6 1 день: все окей, вообще не трудно, также делаю тренировку на талию 2 день:талия стала визуально намного меньше, завтра взвешусь, ноги тоже стали поменьше 3 день: вес стал 58, а талия 68( до этого она была 71) , а ноги 55(были 56) спина тоже немного похудела , ключицы стали лучше видны . Doing this for one week :) Day 1:✅ The second round was super easy!! Day 2:✅ Very easy!! I just struggle at the first exercise😋 Day 3:✅ I'm starting to see a difference!! Mostly my belly has changed Day 4:❌ So today I didn't do the workout because I had a long day at my dance class :) but I see a pretty big difference Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Sorry I forgot to update the other days😅but like the workout is so so great!! мне понравилось!!! Мышцы живота и ног и вправду напрягаются в отличии от других тренировок! Буду делать 3 раза в день по 3 подхода, через неделю расскажу свой результат, но кроме тренировок надо соблюдать питание поэтому постараюсь делать всё правильно. Если вы худеете то удачи вам в продвижении^^

Going to do this exercise for atleast a month Starting from 1 july. Day 1: Felt pretty easy, finished 2 sets and will prob do more later today (finished an extra losing thigh fat 10 min exercise) Day 2: Finished 2 sets and an extra 10 min exercise. Day 3: Finished 2 sets and 2 sets of another 10 min exercise + another set of a 10 min exercise Day 4: Finished 2 sets + 1 hour walking and another 20 min of different exercises Day 5: Finished 2 sets + another 10 min exercise, my legs were sore today Day 6: Finished 2 sets Day 7: 1 set Day 8: Was my birthday and didnt have time Day 9: Finished 1 set and 2 extra sets of another workout (I lost 2 kg in 7 days, so i think this exercise is really nice) Day 10: 1 set and 2 sets of another exercise Day 11: 1 set

Doing this for 1 week ! Day 1: ✅ I felt so relaxed while doing the excersised and i usually dont like to do this kind of stuff Day 2:✅A t the first set it was a lil more difficult than yesterday but after that, it was so easy although my muscles were hurting a bit Day 3: ✅It was sooo easy, and i can see a very tiny change in my legs, i had so much fun while doing this I forgot to update im sorryyyyyyyy, so im doing it again for one week Day 1: ✅I felt so good, i see a tiny change in my arms, i love this workout Day 2: ✅ My legs were hurting a bit so it was a little more difficult but it was still easy, my legs just keep getting better Day 3: ❌ I couldn't do the workout because i had an intense 5 hour volleyball training so i didn't have time sorry Day 4: ✅It was a lit difficult bc my muscles were hurting a lot but i got trough it Day 5: ✅I was super tired because I also had volleyball training today but i did it and it was so easy and my stomach is starting to get a little bit flat Day 6: ✅I am getting used to this work out and is working perfectly Day 7: ✅I see a big change in my stomach, and im feeling so healthy lol Guys I would totally recomend this workout, it works perfectly and it isnt that hard :) loved it ---------- Heyy im back, im sorry if im being annoying, i already saw results the last time, but im doing it again along with other 10 workouts of this channel, so i will be reporting my progress here :) Day 1: ✅It was ok although i was tired af, but i felt so healthy at the end Day 2: ✅My muscles were hurting because i had volleyball but it was ok Guys i forgot to update, again, i'll just say that it completely works, im super happy with my body now thank you for taking the time to read this 💗

Oh if your lazy, you should try running for 20-30 mins a day and doing some stretches, you’ll feel a lot better when your doing the workout if your doing those before you do the workout

Doing this and "HOW TO GET A FLAT STOMACH OVERNIGHT, LOSE BELLY FAT, GET A SMALL WAIST | LAZY GIRLS DO THIS" for 28 days along with 30 minutes on the treadmill. Start weight: 179 lbs Goal weight:150 - 140 Day 1: Did it twice the same with the other exercise a little tired. Day 2: I almost didn't do it today so glad I did. but sadly didn't get the treadmill in. Day 3: I didn't do it today but I will tomorrow. Day 4: I'm sweating so much, more than I thought. Day 5: So I wanted to check my weight for fun and I lost 3 pounds :0 now I know it may not all be from this workout because I'm also eating anywhere between 1200-1500 calories. But I did this 2 times and the other 3 times today. Day 6: Didn't do it today Day 7: So i'm not going to do this anymore. I don't enjoy but I found a different workout I like. I am so sorry but if you enjoy doing this do not give up!!! In 6 days I lost 3 pound I think the reason why was because of how much water I drank I drank 100+ oz of water.

I'm gonna be doing this until I see changes so here we go :) (also pls leave reminders everyday) Day 1:✅ pretty easy, I wasn't doing it fully because I was warming up for this and stuff Day 2:✅ a bit sore, it was actually harder now since I was actually trying. I had to keep pushing myself so I didn't stop lol Day 3:✅ I'm VERY VERY sore and I sweat a lot more for some reason, I was also really shaky cause I choked on my water beforehand.. Day 4:✅ definitely felt it in my legs and arms, it was quite hard to get through but I pushed! Day 5:✅ my legs hurt so bad.. also y'all pray for me, in gym I have to do a yoga routine Infront of the whole entire class😭 (ALSO IM ONLY DOING 1 SET A DAY CAUSE OF SCHOOL AND IM VOLUNTEERING AT A SHELTER) Day 6:✅ I was so close to skipping this day lol, I had my yoga presentation today too and one of my group members wasn't there so I struggleddddd Day 7:✅ almost didn't do it because of my volunteer class but it's 9:40pm rn and I got it done :D

Tracking my progress for 7 days Day 1: ✅ I felt ok while doing this Day 2:✅ I did it 2 times, it was kinda tiring while I was doing the exercise but I was ok afterwards Day 3:✅ I did it 2 times and I have nothing to say Day 4:✅I’m getting a bit lazy but I still did it 2 times Day 5:✅ I did it 2 times again and I memorised the whole thing Day 6:✅ I did it and tomorrow is the final day! Day 7:✅ I’d did it and it’s the last day! Results: I wasn’t really committed but even then I lost a kilogram (2 pounds I think it is) I saw a really big difference for my collarbones and I’m pretty happy with my body, I’ll keep doing it for a while to see how things go 😊

I’m doing this + the Le Serrafim workout. Wish me luck! I'm gonna start it from tomorrow. Along with 20 min walk with every step. One set:- mrng second set:- evng I'm gonna update daily for 1 month. Current weight:65kg.. Let's get it...💪💪 Day 1 ✅ Its little bit difficult for both the sets (bt yeah i somehow survived) Day 2 ✔ Its tough in the mrng but lil bit easy in the evng... ps :- Body pains are there. But dont stop...👍 Day 3 ✅ Felt really good after doing it. Spending my day more actively.. Day 4 ✔ No big changes but became more active and observed lil gap b/w my thighs. (i've done it once before) day one: 👍 super fun, i'm glad i'm doing this again!! day two: 👍 dee-bloated a bit day three: 👍 day four: 👍 day five: 👍no change yet day six: 👍my belly looks a lot flatter than at the beginning of the week! day seven: 👍I got to one week!! day eight: not doing today, but i did a lot of cardio through the day day nine:👍 day ten: i have bad cramps so i didnt do it day eleven: 👍 arms are slimmer okay i'm going to stop doing this because i am super happy with the results!

Doing this for the 20 days leading up to my award show starting tomorrow morning , ill keep my progress here! Starting weight and height. 5"4 110LBS 14 YO Day one:✅ this workout was actually so easy for me!! The hardest part was the first thing then the push up one!! I think this is gonna go great!! Day two:✅ today was sooo much harder then yesterday!! (It was still sorta easy but yk) I only did one set today bc my hips hurt so bad not to mention I started my period so that sucks… I see no difference yet but I didn’t expect anything…I’m gonna keep going bc even tho nothing had really changed Ive been feeling very confident!! Day three:✅ I kinda see a little difference in my waist, but I haven’t eaten today so that might be why lol did two sets tho!! Loving it!! Day four:✅ did it twice!! Felt great idk if there is a difference yet or not! Day five: ❌we were soooo busy missed today Day six:✅ only did it once today we were rlly busy again felt good and easy tho. Day seven: ✅ I did it once bc it was rlly late (I’ve started doing another flat stomach workout from this channel twice a day as well) Day eight:✅ it was kinda hard today because I added another workout from this channel but I feel awesome not seeing very much Change tho. I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks now Day 1: it was easy. I did some stretches after. I did one more set before bed Day 2:I did one set before my piano class. When I came back I did another set before showering I did one more set before bed Day 3: I did two more set it was quite hard though Day 4: It got so much more easier Day 5: completed I saw a small change in my waist Day 6: completed and saw small change in my legs Day 7: I saw results in my waist Day 8: skipped Day 9: completed Day 10: I did another 3 sets because of day 8 Day 11: Complete and saw some results Day 12: complete Day 13: complete saw more results Day 14: skipped Day 15: completed saw some results in the legs Day 16: skipped Day 17: did one set bc I started to muscle Day 18: skipped Day 19: completed Day 20: completed Day 21: completed Day 22:

Hi, I’m Lynx, I weigh over 150 lb, and I’m 13 years old. I’ve been trying to get rid of the fat I have and I’m trying this now! Day 1: I did this only once…and in jeans. Not a smart choice. I do plan to eat less than what I usually so, and I am an app to track that. Day2: I spent time before dinner doing this exercise twice and more. Day 3: I was busy- Day 4: I was able to fit it in!

Doing this for 2 weeks. (Starting oct 16, 2022) (No diets) Current height and weight: 5'3 ft/ 163 cm and 59kg/130 lbs. My measurements before workout: Bust: 33.5 in Waist: 28.5 in Hips: 35.5 in Thighs (L): 22.5 in Thighs (R): 22 in Calves: 14 inch I have volleyball everyday after school so I'm also doing that and other workout and stretches with this workout. Doing this in 1 month + (diet)! Day 1:✅ It was kind of difficult since it’s my first time, but i still managed to finish it with ease! No changes yet since it’s the first day but very helpful! Day 2:✅ It went way easier, no breaks! The first step usually gets me, it’s tiring but i still managed to finish it! Hopefully in the future ill be able to do this easily. Day 3:✅ I didn’t do this for a long time because of troubles, but i managed to build myself up again and continue my journey! Today went pretty fine i’ll say. Not even one break!

Doing this workout for 1-2 weeks (I can't measure my thighs and waist cause I am in vacation right now srry, but I can tell how much I weight) My weight now: 37.4 kg Weight I want: 35.4 kg My height:144-145 cm Day 1: I did it 2 times though I did the belly, legs and back workout only it did burn but a bit and didn't change anything Day 2: did it 2 times and only belly, legs and back workout again same as yesterday it did burn but a bit and didn't change anything Day 3:did it 1 time (srry didn't had time) did the same the belly, legs and back workout my legs a bit burned still didn't change anything Pls like so I don't forget to update! 😊

Doing this for 17 days cuz the wonyoung stans got me bad 🥲🌷 Day 1: did it twice today because i felt energetic 🤍 It was pretty easy to be honest 😚 Day 2: Did it once because i had dance class Day 3: Did it three times because of yesterday 🙃 It was much more easier and i saw a little change in my stomach Day 4: Didn't do it because i had a friend over and i had a cheat day 🥲 Day 5: did it 1 Time + dance class Day 6: Im regretting the cheat day fr🥲... Я решила тоже попробовать! буду делать 5-7(где-то так) дней. День 1 ✅ Было не сложно:) 3 подхода за раз. День 2 ✅ Еще не забросила😋 Немного болит тело после вчерашнего,но ничего, 3 подхода за раз💪 День 3 ✅ Ну я снова тут ,также осилила 3 подхода,было немного тяжело,чем в первые дни😩 День 4 ✅ Сегодня лишь 2 подхода,очень тяжело,еще пошли 🩸 ужас ,ну осталось немного День 5 ✅ Сделала одну эту тренировку ,как разминку. + Сделала две других тренировки(на отдельные части тела) День 6 ? День 7 ?

okay here we go im doing this workout for 1 week- Day 1: DONE! It actually hurt a little bit but after I completed it i felt so so SUPER relaxed! Day 2: DONE! oh it was not even hard today! i did it super easily!! i feel like i will soon see a definite difference!!

okay yall imma treat this like its my tracker --- ---------> *i will do it 2 times a day, once at noon and once at night* (my weight rn -43 kg My goal- skinnny and 36 kg ------------------ Day 1- no changes but i do feel a bit sore after doing the night. Day 2- after my noon routine i felt a little bit sore but then after the 2nd round i felt more sore but since it was night i had an amazing sleep 💤

Progress✨ Current weight: 57 kg Goal weight: 45-47 kg Height: around 155 cm I’ll try to eat less and drink more Day 1: Did it in the morning, and honestly TOO easy, I’m gonna do it again tomorrow, and gonna try to do it 2 times. Didn’t do it 2 times cuz I didn’t have time today. Day 2. Did it 2 times,i was extremely unmotivated but forced myself through it. Honestly the worst part is the only places I felt a bit burn was thighs and around shoulders to upper back, even tho my first priority was belly fat. On day 3 I’m gonna add another workout that I will tell what is called to speed up the process Day 3: I did it once, and the second time I reached to 8 minutes and then got up. Not because I was tired but because I’m running late. Links don’t work in comment section, so just search “do in bed before sleep dn beauty natural and it’s the first thing to pop up” I’m gonna do it 10 minutes before sleep bc a different comment in the video said it’s u healthy to go to sleep directly after so I suggest y’all also wait around 10-5 min!. Honestly too easy workout that’s why I added another

I'm will be posting my update as a motivation. I will do this along with a few other workout for a few months ✌🏻 Starting weight: 68 kg Day 1: I only did it once because I have a really bad cramp, but, I will try to do more tomorrow Day 2: I did this exercise twice and a few other workouts for 40 min Day 3: I did this exercise with other workouts too. But, it seems that I've gained a little weight because I've been consuming too much sugar. I will try to cut out sugar from now on. Day 4: Done for today. I've lost 1 kg. Update: I'm back guys. I haven't been able to exercise because of college TT. But I will start to exercise everytime I come back home from my college dorm every week. However, I couldn't do it everyday. Maybe only 2-4 times a week. But good news, being in college helps me lose weigh. I'm currently 66-65 kg.

Doing this for 1 weeks! Day 1: ✅Pretty easy did it twice + I ate porridge for breakfast pasta for lunch, for a snack some cucumber and tomatoes and drank 1.5l of water Day 2: ✅ did it twice again a bit harder and i lost 1kg! + I had a smoothie for breakfast leftover pasta for lunch had a cheese toastie for a snack and some tea im prob gonna skip dinner and i drank 2l of water (Edit when i also do 50 squats and sit ups)

Guys i did it for 2 weeks and I can say that it WORKS (I can see little difference in my legs,my arm,colar.bone BUT I cant say anything about my stomach BC. I also ran for 20 mins so yea hope its helpful

I’m gonna do this for 2 weeks Day 1:✅ I felt refreshed today and the exercises were pretty easy- 2 sets Day 2:✅Today was much harder on me then yesterday- 2 sets Day 3:✅Today was the hardest day for me so far- 2 sets So far I’ve seen a bit progress my thighs are smaller and my waist is getting smaller Day 4:✅ Today was easier than the last rest and I felt really refreshed- 2 sets Day 5:❌ I didn’t have time to do it today Day 6:❌✅ I did half of the video Day 7:❌ I didn’t have time cause I got too much homework Day 8:✅My arms hurt after doing today’s workout- 3 sets Day 9:✅ I felt really good after doing this today and my stomach is getting smaller- 2 sets

Я наважилася на 14 днів: 1 день: було трохи важкувато але я змогла 2 день: теж було трохи важко але я доробила 3 день: вже виконувати вправи легше! Here's my progress: DAY 1 : ✔️ The workout wasn't that bad but a little difficult. Did ×2 sets of this exercise with 100 jumping jacks (divided it into 2 sets of 50) DAY 2 :✔️ The workout was a tiny bit easier but anyways got it done ( 2 sets ). Did 100 jumping jacks just like yesterday. Noticing a slight change in my body DAY 3 : ❌Skipped as I was exhausted and I got an eye infection next day lol. DAY 4 :✔️ Did 2 sets. Workout is getting much easier to do. I did 100 jumping jacks as always. Also did DN Beauty Natural's how to get a flat stomach overnight workout 1 set. This exercise was great streching. I really recommend it for stretching ur body after a workout. DAY 5:❌ Skipped because of school. DAY 6: ✔️ ×2 sets, 100 jumping jacks, just as usual.... Shed 1 kg/ 2 lbs but am pretty sure it's VERY easy to gain 2 lbs again Like to remind me to keep updating 👇

Day 1- Did 1 set, found the belly fat workout very hard to do, slim legs turned out to be ok All other workouts were easy✅ Day 2- Was not able to do workout, body was sore all over, especially around the stomach✅ Day 3- Did the workout, found it easier to do and thought that I might be seeing results in my stomach and thighs✅ Day 4- Did all the workouts, was fairly easy✅ Day 5- Workouts are getting easier to do✅ Day 6- Did all workouts, am now starting a workout to create a hourglass shape✅
