Lea & Perrins Adobo Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp LEA & PERRINS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 kg pork belly, adobo cut
3 tbsp oil1 whole garlic, crushed
8 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 pcs bay leaves
1 tsp black peppercorn, whole
3 tbsp brown sugar
Water
Procedure:
1. Put oil in a hot pan, then sauté garlic and pork belly until they become light brown
2. Add vinegar, then simmer until the strong vinegar smell is gone
3. Add LEA & PERRINS WORCETERSHIRE SAUCE and mix well
4. Add soy sauce, bay leaves, black peppercorns, brown sugar and water. Let it boil, then simmer until meat is tender
5. Serve with boiled egg and rice
