Fulfillment is often confused with content. That vision of difficult to achieve, but doesn't mean you should not try to change the environment❤️ i agree with Bob on the concept of loyalty. Let me tell you about the misunderstanding that is loyalty. You are only loyal to who you seen worthy, and that is fleeting. Loyalty is the result of royalty and the death of others due to loyalty to another. Give me your trust. Believe in my vision and trust that we can cultivate that mindset in others together

"The essence of great leadership is influence not authority" -#copied.. Being a leader is when you understand your dream , your subordinate's dream and lead them to achieve it, it is then you become a true leader. Because it is not only about you it is you and the people around you. Everyone of us can be great leader irrespective of their fields , people following them, the position they hold; what we truly need is the attitude rather fortitude and a vision , and finally set small missions to achieve the vission.

This podcast was filled with much value! Both of you inspiring a world that flourish through remarkable caring work culture, through recognition and celebration and wow the impact on family /personal life. It's each person playing their role for the benefit of the whole United by purpose! Education must embrace human skills /holistic development. The kid in the classroom must be trained to be fully present, listening with empathy and thus we create great people to do extraordinary things. A beautiful society where human value works in harmony to economic value! Thank you Mr Bob Chapman and Mr Simon Sinek.

Interesting discussion of Loyalty vs. Trust & Respect! Great distinction! When you are not respected or trusted, the values are the problem. Either your values (which then make people lose trust in you) or their values (which do not reflect that neither trust nor respect can not be earned, but need to be extended and given). Loyalty is a result, trust & respect are necessities.

Simon, I appreciate you and I am so grateful for the sharing of your one on one talks through this podcast series. I envision and aspire to be part of world in which no adult is left behind and everyone is valued and given opportunities to grow and become who they were created to be. This talk was again inspiring and optimistic and brought joy and awareness that I am not the only one who shares these values of people above profit. Thoughout the last few weeks of listening to your one on one conversations with such amazing individuals who I say have a Mr. Rogers type of love for others, has helped me know I am not alone in my thinking and there are many other people in this world who really care about people, love, compassion and are actually taking steps toward building the world I dream of. Thank you Bob for caring for the people under your care, as we all are daughters and sons and are one of a kind and it warms my heart to hear the two of you men talking on these topics and taking on the role of leader, parent, and teacher.

I am overwhelmed by listening to this amazing amazing philosophy... I truly can't believe I just listened to 30 minutes worth of this video and honestly it it was a 5 minute video to me it just so much it's everything I believe... It is everything I believe in Simon I mentioned to you on a live stream... and I was starting a taxi company new brought that up and you mentioned it maybe a month ago it is what you talked about and what Bob Chapman talks about that is driving the Dynamics of my taxi company that I will be starting soon...... I got a question for you Simon, is there an online class we can take from Bob and if not why not maybe you could talk to him about that...... I do not have an email for you I wish I did.... I feel the same way about what you do as you feel about what Bob Chapman does.... I hope only to be able to carry the torch as you put it the way you have carried it I am learning from you and only ppl like you So others May learn from me....

Quando o Bob diz "care is contagious" eu penso no grupo onde eu trabalho. Um lugar onde as pessoas se assustam do quanto a nossa cultura transparece e é assimilada facilmente. Mas isso nao é uma surpresa, pq todos querem ser cuidados e quando isso acontece, eles passam a cuidar tbm !
