One Lord, one faith, one baptism. So baptists are the only authentic Christian religion?
@derrickbrown6348
3 ай бұрын
No when it speaks about one baptism it's speaking of us being baptized into Christ and us being buried with Him by baptism into death and being raised in the newness of life. It's not speaking of the denomination

A thought just occurred to me, we have women in the military who fly attack helicopters and fighter jets, we have women on the front line trained to kill ,but when it comes to taking out the garbage why is that only a man's job.

This confusion is why the Church is in the condition it is in. If you realy evaluate through proper Biblical principles the 5 offices of the Church listed by Paul you will find that the Pastor is the nurturing (Feminine) Office of the 5 Offices. Where in Scripture do we see the feminine beith the head? The Apostle builds and maintains the foundation of the Chruch. Did Paul build the Corinthian Church then leave them in the care of the Pastor/Teacher from that day forward?

How can you say that there are not Apostles and Prophets today? The word of God , in the New Testament , is where God tells us who He gives to the church (Ephesians 4:11-16) this is a lie from hell. The Apostles did not enter in until after Jesus Christ. Jesus did not come to do away with the law but to FULFILL the law. There are absolutely Apostles and Prophets today. God does not do away with what He set in order. This is the design , the ETERNAL design, of His church and His kingdom. The church and every church brought into existence should be founded on who God gave. Apostles and Prophets. Pastors and Teachers DO NOT lead churches, especially NOT ALONE. And we wonder why we see no power in the church these days. Everyone giving God lip service but there is no Holy Spirit power in the house. Repent and be delivered and healed in Jesus Name.

No Paul kept checking on and guiding and correcting the Churches he helped establish. The Pastor kept getting of into error because they being nurturers as easily lead into error because they are the female representitve of the church. Not that the female representitve is bad. This also addresses the Babptist idea that Women are not called into ALL these offices. If the feminine characteristic were not Highly valued by God then why did God give us the Nurturing, Shepherd known as the Pastor?

Lesli Mize you speak about Paul, then you go on and suggest women can take leadership positions in the church. He was the apostle who strictly forbid this.

Voddie is a great and annointed man of God. However he is still in bondage to Baptist confusion. He states that there are no longer Apostles or Prophets in the modern church. Then he ties the Pastor and Teacher as being the same office. The Baptist beleive this so thay can justify Pastors as the be all, end all in the Church. The Pastor is the Pastor and Tacher, there are no Apostles or Prophets, and te Evangelist is serving the Pastor Teacher by bringing Converts to serve the Pastor Teacher.

Excuse? Listen nobody is to serve anybody other than God. Those in ministry are to be the highest servants of all. If Christ Himself washed the feet of His disciples and served others, why on earth would you say we are to serve Pastors or Teachers? Telling people to serve their Apostle etc etc is why so many churches treat men as gods and refuse to actually spend time in the written Word of God. God did not call Himself Jealous for us to take that lightly. Be very careful.

@@elishadanieljoseph8583 so true. If you put a man between yourself and Christ and he teaches anything contrary to God's word, he is bringing shame to the name of Christ. And this has driven many far from God.

Yes Christ is the ultimate Head of the Church but he is the Head of the Woman too, However if she is married she has a head between her and Christ called her husband. So Pastors you must begin submitting to your Biblical Heads withing the church called Apostle's, Prophet's, and Evangilis's. Only the Teacher is not your head but the Teacher is still not in direct submission to you or the congregation. If the Teacher is subject to you in your ministry then it shows, its your ministry not Christ.

King David was the ideal Shephard. He was a type and Shadow of the Comming Christ. He was purposely gifted and annointed by God for a purpose. Pastor's You are not King David, you are the one to nurture and bind up the wounds of God's sheep once the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist or Teacher (the other 4 Officers of the Church) tell them THE TRUTH from God's Word, they don't want to hear. Your are the one who keeps house Pastor for the head of the house, not the Head of that House.
