Thank you for the great video!! I've really enjoyed watching your videos. I've had 4 ft of my large colon taken out and I've had many problems pop up ever since. RA, insomnia, brain fog and so on. Any advice or books of yours I should read? Thank you so much😊

Thank you so much for this information. So very helpful. I have had constipation since in was 4 . It’s Much better now that I am intentional about what I eat. I eat more greens flax fiber every day and minimum 2 litres of water per day. However I have a stomach issue since last November. I think it may have been an ulcer. It’s much better now because I cut out a lot of fat and processed foods and meat. Also took pantaloc for 2 weeks. H pylori was not found. Pantaloc helped. I have never had heartburn in my life. Not sure what that is. I do love Diet Coke and diet ginger ale with lime. and go through spurts of having it. But I haven’t had any alcohol in over a year. I only would have 1 drink a month. Never a big drinker or smoked. I still have stomach issues. My dr ordered xray of my back and chest because I have pain in my right ribs. At 49 I think I am sensitive to vitamins and food more than ever. Can’t have too much of anything. I was taking 5000iu vitamin d a day but since I cropped taking it I have less stomach upset. Also I have to take magnesium bisglycinate with food now. Other wise I get very nausea. Flax is great for helping me feel my best. Cutting out sugar or keeping it minimal and drinking lots of water has helped tremendously. I have to do all the right things to feel good. No longer can eat all the treats that I would eat when I was in my 20/ or 30s. Life is pretty routine and I usually come home to eat lunch most of the time because otherwise eating out will upset my stomach. Aging is a wonderful thing but we certainly must be mindful of our choices… as I have learned the hard way. Healthy habits are imperative to feeling good and being healthy as we get older . My mom always said everything in moderation. Don’t go overboard! God Bless you all. Thank you Dr for all that you do❤

I heard you on PBS,the people pharmacy last week, and I'm interested in what you would do for someone who is being treated for H pylori ? I'm 74,and my doctor has me on massive amounts of antibiotics. Not only is killing the H pylori, but all the good bacteria to. What is the best way to get my gut health back. I've ordered your book microbiology solution, but it won't get here until next week. I'm not very tech savvy, though I would throw that in also. Thank you for any help.

Hey doc, I have ulcerative colitis and on humira, but switching to entyvio due to new doctor. I want to be off this, because I have young kids and they bring home so many bugs i catch EVERY one. I am under the weather literally once a month for up to a week. I need help. What can I do? Humira MOSTLY works. I have had to take a round of antibiotics and that took me out of remission.
