This is PERFECT because I’m on this journey currently too haha! I had eye surgery beginning of December and couldn’t train for 2 weeks. By the time I could it was the holidays and I didn’t hold back lol. I’m turning 30 this year and I’m tryna be RIPPED. So for the first time ever I’m realllly locking in on a good diet.

Try your shakes with coconut milk instead, it’s goooooood bro. I’ve used water but it’s slow to go down. You also get the added benefit of electrolytes and good fat.

I use Apple Watch. Can track calories burnt though workouts. I believe he’s shown it before too with an Apple Watch on a 1200 calorie workout

It's really hard hearing you keep saying your starving after eating all it is that you eat. Hunger is a hormone and you can optimize your hormone on a proper human diet to where you won't really get as hungry anymore. Humans evolved as apex predators eating meat and fat from animals and almost no carbs to speak of. Try out a keto or carnivore diet
