Hi Adilson - Thanks for your question! I agree with you that it's hard to distinguish between /f/ and /v/ when native speakers say the phrase "if anything" very quickly. But I'd recommend using /f/, not /v/, as that sounds the most clear and the most natural. I hope this helps!

Pls try to make videos just you say the conversation after the actors and tell us the meaning if need, and make it easy for us to say it without too much details. I mean to be a vid without rules and to many info, just say it and show us your lips and mouth und say it again.🙏
