Eb Dim7 plus F Dim7= Eb F# A C, F Ab B D.....which = D7 13+9-9-5which are the tones in a D 8 note Dim. Scale.

It is about balancing the dissonant sound with the consonant (less dissonant). Like cycling, where you seek to find the balance. Once you have it, it's easy.

Thankyou my friend. I follow your videos with a lot of attention... not much good jazz piano teachers out there who actually know what they're talking about and share in organized form. Thankyou. I also like A. Maness and P. Martin, but they don't dive much about the application of their excercises and offer things like "excercises in 12 keys" which is complete bullsh$!.
