I am confused, in your example Leipää is in partitive because we don't speak about a specific amount of bread. so why is kaksi koiraa partitiv if the number of dogs is specific? thank you

Because after numbers (except 1) we have to use the Partitive case. That`s why we say: kaksi koiraa. Hope it helps! :)

Why are there cases where "on" disappears despite carrying "a" or "is" in a sentence. E.g: Onko sinullla kamera mukana? Shouldn't it be onko sinulla "on" Kamera mukana? Why is "on" missing?

Because the "on" is moving to the first position in the question followed by the question marker -ko. :)
