Thanks for the channel, I am subscribed for a while now, always lots of great content and coaching advice. Are there any particular brands of bands I should buy to do the training session you show? Pay more for better quality, or are they all pretty much the same? And how many times a week will be beneficial to do these motions/ exercises? Thanks coach

Thanks! I really appreciate the support for the channel and im glad you’re getting good information from the videos! So to be completely honest i’m not an expert on all of the brands but the ones I have are called Arena Strength and I really love them. The main reason I got these is because they are made of fabric and not latex and I’ve seen that the latex ones can snap on you if you stretch them too far and I wanted to avoid that lol. These have held up very well for me. Regarding how often to use them I would do 2-3 times per week skipping at least 1 full day in between workouts. Don’t want to use them every day and tire out your muscles unnecessarily. Let me know if you have any more questions!
