In your slicer program you should be able to increase or decrease the size.

I printed something similar but it printed full of supports. How can I prevent that?

You could try with no supports but I can't guarantee it will print perfectly.

Thank You So much How to Done Letter Q

You're welcome! For the letter "Q" I think I would add the letter "O" and then add a little bit that points up at the bottom but not let that little bit go below the rest of the letters so it looks like a Q as much as possible.
