This tutorial is beginner friendly and will show you have to sew an adjustable dog collar first and then a matching dog leash. The measurements can be easily adjusted to fit your dog. You can measure your dogs neck just to make sure and make them accordingly. They are adjustable so you can make them a little bigger. Depending on your height and the size of your dog, you can adjust the length of the leash, however, I would keep the width at 5".
