That dog in your video made my day! That is so cool! I used to have a pet dog and she used to drive me crazy when I'd be trying to rehearse songs at home for the band I used to be in. Still..... a dog's love is so nice because it is unconditional! Thank you for the upload as I love RATT (Rock All The Time) and how you explained everything too in the video. It has been 20 years give or take since I last was in a band but I love jamming at home to the old 80s rock that makes you feel alive.

Hi there. 1/ The first notes of the song and the first one of the riff are definitely not pinched harmonics. It's pre-bend notes (means : you pick a note already bent, then you release without picking). 2/ Two notes are missing at the end of the riff (G then E on low E string). These 2 notes wrap the riff nicely and make it bounce to the beginning in a nice way. 3/ You need a single coil sound with a really medium distortion. It's not a metal song. It's more a bluesy song. 4/ The riff swings by itself as long as it's played with shuffle feel. No need alternate picking noises on the string to make some swing effect. I hope it helps.

Enjoy and stay tuned - lots more lessons and content coming soon. I also have another KZitem channel at ROCK ON GOOD PEOPLE here: kzitem.info - which is more instructional based and not song based like this channel - be sure and check that one out also - lots of killer lessons and content as I post on both channels. Keep up all that hard work on that guitar and please subscribe to the channels. Take care, and rock on! -David Taub, Next Level Guitar Inc. & EGI

Your voice is so quiet compared to the guitar it’s hard to hear you. Turn your volume down so we can tell what’s going on. Sheesh

Dude ur good no doubt... but so many ppl try to talk thru the lesson... just show the fret show the string say specifically what you are strumming what string what fret how many times...hammer on if so, pull off if so, false harmonic if so... you literally skip instructing part of the intro.... yea ur good but chill with the dissertation and teach the song we all know ur smart.... hashtag so many "lessons" so few real teachers
