You are right , man! This is the US acronym for the US-based-satellite positioning system. There are also: - GLONAS: A Russian system for positioning based on satellites; - GALILEO: An European equivalent; - A (forgot the name...) Chinese satellite-based positioning system. They promise to be fully available in 2025, with 35 satellites in total, Good English, keep on motivation! BR, from Brazil 🇧🇷

Adam can you please explain to me the difference between SEARCH, SEEK and LOOK FOR? Thanks
@scribblecrumb
'Search' means pretty much the same as 'look for' "I'm searching for my hat," and "I'm looking for my hat," have the same meaning, though 'search' may have a more urgent connotation behind it. 'Seek', however, is more formal or technical. And it's probably used when looking for something more abstract. Like maybe someone is seeking their spirituality or seeking inspiration. 'Search' and 'look for' are more for physical objects, although they could still be used for abstract concepts. They're just a more common version of 'seek'.
