I love how you start the majority of your stitches with a single crochet row, it makes for a nicer edge.

These are the stitches I enjoy the most. A nice textures, no big gaps, and a 1 or 2 row repeate that you can do without thinking. My husband calls it going into robot mode. I can watch youtube, pet the cats, talk to the kids, all while doing this pattern and in a week or two have an absolutely gorgeous blanket.

This was the perfect pattern for the yarn I had. Just finished a prayer shawl in this. Used Caron jumbo. I had to add a few rows of another color because 2 skeins was just a bit short. I make mine 24x64 with an 8mm hook. It was such an easy pattern and it came out beautiful🩷 thank you again for another fabulous pattern and tutorial 😎

Oh wow does this ever make a nice fabric! It would be great even for a cardigan or a top depending on the size hook and the size yarn. You could make it as light or as warm as she wanted to. Thank you I have heard of the watte stitch, and just for some reason, didn’t attract me Just didn’t look at it close enough not only is it a lovely “TV “stitch but it’s actually beautiful I was working with a scrap of coffee shop sandstone oh my just gorgeous as usual hit the jackpot with crystal. Thanks much and happy new year.🎉🎉
