The way you explain the rules makes it super easy to learn.

This is the theme they should have gone along with from the beginning! Glad I waited long enough for it to be released. Thanks for the video, I think this will be a hit with my friends and this video will help them learn it :)

Thank you for this tutorial. Glad that the audio was very clear and explanations were easy to understand. Hope to see some zoom-ins on your other tutorials. Just to clearly see small icons or details of the game.

Thanks for watching and commenting, I try to do zoom-ins and add pop ups of small details with some of my videos, but some times I forget to, but I will keep that in mind for future videos. ;)

Great job! Thanks for sharing. Which of the Century Golem Edition games to you like the most? I just got Endless World. Mainly because the initial game is out of stock everywhere. I enjoy Endless World a lot and now wonder if I should try and get the initial game.

Great video! I have a question about "upgrade 2" card: Imagine we have 2 yellow crystals only and we play the upgrade card. Can I upgrade one yellow to green and stop there? So can I do an upgrade and not two? It is the only unclear rule of the game. Thanks in advance
@LearntoPlayGames

Yes you can do that you don't need to use all of the card's upgrades if you don't want to thanks for watching and the question;)

SUPER helpful video. Much easier to play. My first impression of the game after a friend showed me the instructions was “no way too complicated”. One question; in order to “rest”, do I have to have an empty hand, ie I’ve played all my cards? For example, suppose I’ve played 3 cards (so they are frozen) but its my turn and I still have 2 cards in my hand. Can I rest? Or can I only rest after I’ve played the 2 cards in my hand? Side note: based on videos I’ve seen I would create my own house rules like; making Golem cards HALF the cost, and assigning the gems higher values for end-game score calculation (green 1pt, blue 2pts, pink 3pts)... something like that. Very cool game. Discovered this by accident at local hobby store.

Thanks for the comment and question, and sorry it told so long for the answer. So the way I have played it and the way i feel the rules state is that you can do it whenever you choose with no regard to the number of cards in your hand or not.

how can you calculate a golem's half cost, some use uneven numbers and different color gems.

Good overview but didn't answer my question...how to pick up cards to the right of one that has a crystal on it..had to watch 2 others to find the answer...you have to put ANOTHER crystal on all cards left of the one you want

I think it just depends on how you are doing it. I have seen people mash shuffle and damage cards as well. If you can sleeve your cards that is the best but it can be expensive. Thanks for watching and posting;)
