This is a great lesson. For those more advanced people out there, the Eagles sometimes threw in a Gmaj7 after the G6. Gives a little more depth to it if you want to try it. To do it, you finger the G chord just like she she is playing, except with your 2nd and 3rd fingers, using your first finger to grab the G6 like she is doing, and the Gmaj7 is played by hammering your pinky onto the 4th string, 4th fret. Try it! Oh, and this is also a pretty great 12 string song if you have one.

Hello Angela, I am surprised by the G Chord you showed, especially the muting of the A string. In the video you say that an 'A' is 'nt in the G Chord. Correct of course, but fingering the second fret on the A string is a 'B ' And a 'B' is part of the G Chord. Is this theory wrong? Or is your explanation ment for the G6?

I LOVE your videos. However...it always seems weird that you don't add the vocals. I always thought, "Well, maybe she can't sing." I just saw a video of your band where you ARE singing. GREAT! There's no excuse why you don't add the vocals where the vocals are written. The vocals ARE NOT LESS IMPORTANT than the guitar chords! I was listening to a video where they were interviewing Jim Morrison's dad. Jim had told his dad, he was going to be the singer in a rock band. His dad said, "What are talkin' about...you can't sing." I think he did OK. Angela...add the vocals to you 'live' lessons.
