I’ve been practicing for about a year. Some weeks more days than others. It takes a bit. When you say “today I’m going to teach you” it Il sounds like we can learn it in a day. Well, no. Press up handstands take a long time. Mobility, strength and technique doesn’t happen in one day.

Thanks, athletes with such flexibility will be able to press to handstand in no time so the majority of athletes will not be able to really find this effective. just a note the water pipe above you is not meant to bear weight if it cracks, well good luck...

I think they are Nikes?! They are shoes made especially for running. They are quite amazing. They have thick cushions. Feels like running on clouds ;)

But Coach, What is your training method? You are a Gymnast or Calisthenics Athlete?

Can I just ask, how are you meant to breathe during the press? In yoga doing presses the talk about emphasis on the breath to help with the movement. I purchased your programme but not sure when is best to breathe in and out or even hold the breath at certain points. Or does it really even matter that much?

In ur couching programs (like "how to handstand" or "one minute and beyond") when u write that everything is customised what does it mean? Do u like ask some videos of the skills and then make a program based on the videos??
@CoachBachmann
Жыл бұрын
1 min and beyond is not customized. Press, stalder, the new one arm dropping later this week are customized. for the customization you go through a self evaluation of flexibility and strength. Based on your decisions workouts are adjusted to suit you best

If you’re aren’t flexible enough yet to touch the ground with your hands just keep doing pike pushups
@dudleydooright

LOL. If that's the problem, you need to stretch your hamstrings... which pike pushups won't help with at all.
