We are riding our Mountain bikes today in Northern Cal. We explore and take a trip down some MTB jump trails. I'm documenting my journey to my 40th birthday. I started out with 88 days and challenged myself to ride everyday to build my health and drop some weight. the goal is to be in the best shape possible to start my 40s. On this ride we weighed in at 257lbs and I'm 5'10" so I have some opportunity! Starting weight was 265lbs. The big goal is to be under 200lb as my birthday gift to myself! Thanks for watching!
