Yeah, Mr.Vusi I think you are saying something crucial about how world is moving very fast and the biggest questions is throwing to us particularly African youth for how do they perceived 21st century in global arena perception because we should not let our old folks ideologies to be excuses for not growing and for African to remain undeveloped in the next century. vusi you are doing marvelous job outside there and you are representative of African faces in the Entrepreneur world soon I'm going to join you to represent our continent which has been undermined for many years.

Still i think with ppl who learned the traditional way, they always turn back to the question-answer method they are familiar to previous to hiring ppl...and they don't know how to evaluate you otherwise
