I'm new to livestock, but I figured I may need this skill on my acreage with more animals here by the day, so here I am. Both techniques you mentioned are familiar to me as someone who practices with a saber, so hopefully they translate.

This is no accurate. Don't rope directly behind. When you throw point in between the two horns. You can get around the horns that's thu best but neck catches and half head are allowed.

So help me out because I grew up on a “farm” in VA where we boarded horses and trained them to show in reining. My step dad was famous in that world. I’ve never heard of you. Why are you wearing farrier chaps with tassels? No shade at all. You could just be a farrier that’s doing a demonstration.
