I've used their warranty s couple times and today I was beyond impressed, they fixed and repaired every issue with my wave+.. new regular blade, new pliers head, cleaned (possibly replaced) the serrated blade, cleaned 2 years of construction debris... all absolutely free.. I've been disappointed with the wave over all but stick with it because I know I can use it till it fails and they will go above and beyond to give me my tool back

Great company great tools. Best warranty around. Sent my broken Wave couple weeks ago. Received a super nice Wave Plus today. Wish all companies had such great customer service. I will tell everyone I know that this is the company to purchase multifoil from. Many thanks Leatherman.

Ive used the warranty for two PST's and a squirt ps4 one PST had a broken off small flat head screwdriver and the other PST and the squirt ps4 had a broken plier head. Both PST's came back fixed and they replaced the squirt. I just ordered a Super Tool 300 for $56.00 flat brand new no tax and free shipping. I can't wait for it.

Did leatherman contacted you, when they received the defective tool? I sent mine and according to the usps tracking number they received it yesterday but they haven’t confirmed anything to me yet.

$22 Dollars for shipping. 1 1/2 month turn around. Got back a severely damaged tool, not oiled and wrong address. Customer service is dodgy. Was not the one I sent in either.
