There’s a lot of history, names and the most influential in His life he will not mention because it’s now politically incorrect within the current phase of American mega churchiosity! But he was primarily discipled by Ted Haggard, whom he should still give honor to. But the political environment won’t allow him to. He was also a radical follower and admirer of Carlton Pearson. Those are two of the men that helped develop him as a minister, yet they are too disgraced for their names to cross his lips. Not that he or any of us are any different, but again, church politics demands “wisdom” (aka, being fake) as you avoid men of God who have greatly influenced your life, despite their eventual tumultuous problems in ministry. To Chris: I knew you when you were learning to be real. Trying to be real! But the glamour of big ministry stole the day, tainted the vision, and brought you to a place where those who wanted to trust you could no longer do so. Thanks for deserting me! When you’ve done it to the least ....
