This amazing chicken is barbecued over charcoal for extra smokiness. With the lemony flavour of sumac, it's the marinade that makes this Lebanese dish so good.
Ingredients:
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
½ tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Sumac
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Oregano
1,5 tsp Sea salt
3 tbsp Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
3 Bay leaves
Juice of one lemon
