Lebanese tabbouleh recipe
Ingredients:
-1/2 glass bulgur
-1 glass boiling water
-1 large onion
-2 tomatoes
-a bunch of parsley
-1/2 bunch fresh mint.
Seasoning:
-juice of one lemon
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-salt
Pour the boiling water over the bulgur and leave to stand for 20 minutes. Chop the onions finely. Dice the tomato, removing the core and seeds. Chop the parsley and fresh mint. Remove the seeds from the bulgur. Pour all the ingredients into the bulgur. Add the lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Mix well. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
