Prior to tonight's game 7 this was my favorite Cavs game of my lifetime. Today, I'm pleased to announce that has been surpassed.

This series still pisses me off. Picture if the Cavs didn't blow game 1 and went up 2-0. Orlando won game 3 fair and square. If LeBron had missed the 2nd free throw in game 4 and Varejao tipped it in which would of won the game. Instead of OT which Orlando won 116-114. Cavs would be up 3-1. I know it's a lot of "ifs" but c'mon man. Cavs vs Lakers in finals Lebron vs Kobe would have been legendary

LeBron averaged over 40 points, 8 rebounds, and 8 assists in this series. He was an absolute beast. The double teams on D12 are what was the difference in the series. That is why Cleveland picked up O'Neal the following season. O'Neal and D12 fought toe to toe in the regular season in 2009-2010 and its a shame we didn't get to see that matchup in the 2010 playoffs.
@elmedindjuderija4100

Lebron James run into the same problem this series just like Allen Iversons did In 2001 . Allen Iversons mvp that's not even 6 feet tall , they say he is however when he stands next to 6 feet tall guys u can see he's shorter . Lebron was great 40 points a game 8 rebound 8 assists crazy good however cavs had no answer for dan Dwight Howard just like sixers had no answer vs shaq O'Neal . If Iverson would have faced Kobe and lakers with out shaq he wins a ring 2001 easy everyone know this but who nam one player that carried a team like the sixers to NBA finals while first round went 7 games , 2nd round went 7 games eastern finals went 7 games think about that . Damn raptors had best team in the eastern conference at that time , they had length and shooters with Vince carter as the main superstar at that time , east finkas Bucks had Ray Allen best shooter in the league at that time with Sam Cassel and others , even tho sixers were the #1 east team no one was giving em a chance to go to the finals that year cuz the team was Allen Iverson , Mutombo , snow , jones , Aaron m bench was van Horne , Matt Geiger , raja bell ( not even close to a player he became way later , and nene who didn't even play at that time was a bench warmer and that's one mistake Larry brown as The coach made not figuring out how good Nene is he could rebound , defend and shoot and if Larry would have figured that out before lakers series and played him instead of Eric snow they would have maybe won 2 or 3 games cuz with Nene out there shooting those jumpers that even to this day he can hit Shaq would have trouble guarding him cuz he would have to come out of the Paint and Iverson would have tourched em all night long cuz with mutombo they didn't have to worry about that cuz he couldn't shoot at all so shaq would just stay and protect the rim . But what I'm saying is great shot by Lebron how ever , Allen Iversons had much less talented team and still took em to finals at 6 feet at the time where big man dominated the b ball game and u could actually play defense , IF YOU ALL REMEMEMBER ALMOST EVERY GAME IVERSON WOULD SCORE 40 or more and about 7 games of 50 points on more and every series went 7 games by the time he faced the lakers in the finals he had nothing left however still scored 48 and won a game even tho nobody even took 1 game away from the lakers that year they swept and ran tru everyone including San Antonio Spurs . Iversons was hurt and beat prior to the finals vs lakers and him and the team were just tired from all those 21 games they played before lakers who finished bussines in 12 games and just rested and waited for sixRs that went 7 , 7 and 7 Allen would have faced Kobe lakers with out shaq Iversons wins a ring that year same with lebRon if he doesn't face Dwight and loose to magic they go on and win a ring vs the lakers cuz that year they dominated lakers all 3 games cavs won but it wasn't meant to be . Iverson made a mistake as we all remember when Lebron came to thE league Iverson was still top 3 player in the game and he should have joined Cavaliers at that time and not Denver can you imagine Iverson and Lebron on Cavaliers would have been perfect Lebron could have run point quard and like he says he's pass first guys and Iverson was a shooting guard who had great jump shot and could take it in easy combo of lebron and Iverson together I think they beat San Antonio when cavs faced em first time in the finals . Idk why nobody from cavs and Lebron or Allen Iverson camp figured this out , that would be deadly combo cuz Iverson was a pure scorer but he was short so when they double teamed him no one was there to take over just like Lebron they doubled team him and that was it I wish Iverson and Lebron played together man that would be special !!!

yeah its unfair that james gets overly criticized for his bad performances (Which arent even that "bad") and not even praised for his good ones. but thats the kind of treatment you expect from players and coaches when youre drafted 1st out of high school and call yourself the king. james could get 8 rings and haters are still gonna hate when he misses a free throw :) its the cost of being the best
@lifeislife91

yeah that's true, but remember that even though lebron is the best player in the league he doesnt perform well in high stress situations. i'm a huge lebron fan and want the guy to get his first ring more than anything, but even with his crazy skills he wont be able to do that unless he performs consistently clutch. especially with teams like okc and spurs that play great defense.

the reason I say probably is because it would be a different shot than the one turk made at 1 sec. so it might or might not have gone in. I already knew that it would have to be a catch and shoot, but you should have someone other than lebron take that shot. if someone else took that shot it might have been a different out come.

If your seriously pissed at Lebron for leaving then you're selfish. If you liked him as a player you would want him to go out and get championships. Sorry your cavaliers weren't enough for him but that's just the way she goes, be happy for him, not sorry for yourself. Besides, in a couple years him and and Carmelo will sign to the cavaliers to play together and with Irving.

There's no probably. If they ran off the clock and made the shot, they win. Then again I could say Magic probably would've lost if LeBron didn't travel. This was the only way the Cavs would've won at this point. And they did it. If they double teamed, and someone else had an easier 3pt attempt, then that wouldn't make sense. Or an easy 2 pointer to tie it up. Magic made the right call. It wasn't an easy 3 pointer he made.
