What bothers me the most are today's crop of insecure players and their parrots in the media who feel the need to compare themselves to the 1992 team. Why not the 96 team? Why not the 00 or 08 team? You know, if LeBron actually were a great player - great shooter, great ball handler, great rebounder, great defender, great decision-maker, great in the clutch, great at adapting to different systems, and great team leader - the constant glaze would at least be understandable. But LeBron is not now nor has he ever been among the very best at ANYTHING basketball-wise, unless we're counting stat padding, flopping, whining, and proclaiming himself the GOAT. We can all clearly see just how limited LeBron's game is and we KNOW that's why he so often underperforms when it's all on the line. Even when LeBron has been surrounded by players who actually are great, he loses more than he wins. Remove LeBron from Team USA and they do just as well, probably better than they're doing now.

Only Bill Russell and Sam Jones (in a mostly nine team league) have made more nba finals appearances LeBron james carried an absolutely horrific 2007 Cleveland Cavaliers team to the nba finals In the modern NBA era (post 1960) only nine NBA top 75 players have won a championship without another top 75 player as a teammate Rick Barry (1975) Bill Walton (1977) Hakeem Olajuwon (1994) Tim Duncan (2005) (2007) Kobe Bryant (2009) (2010) Steph Curry (2015) (2022) LeBron james (2016) Kawhi Leonard (2019) Giannis Antetokounmpo (2021) As you can see, LeBron James is on the list and Michael Jordan isnt Lebron james has won 17 playoff series, without an nba top 75 teammate. Michael Jordan won ZERO In the year before Michael Jordan and LeBron James joined their team and the year after they left their team, their records were 83-84 bulls 27-55 84-85 bulls. 38-44 92-93 bulls 57-25 93-94 bulls 55-27 98-99 bulls 13-37 without Scottie Pippen 00-01 wizards 19-63 01-02 wizards. 37-45 02-03 wizards 37-45 03-04 wizards 25-57 02-03 cavaliers 17-65 03-04 cavaliers 35-47 09-10 cavaliers 61-21 10-11 cavaliers 19-63 09-10 heat. 47-35 10-11 heat 58-24 14-15 heat 37-45 2013-14 cavaliers 33-49 2014-15 cavaliers 53-29 2017- 18 cavaliers 50-32 2018-19 cavaliers 19-63 2017-18 lakers. 35-47 2018-19 lakers were 20-14 when LeBron James got injured on Christmas day. As you can see When LeBron James joins a team, the team improves more than Michael Jordan and when LeBron James leaves a team, the team always goes into the tank. Michael Jordan, excluding the 94-97 seasons, when the NBA moved the three point line to 22 feet, was a career 28% three point shooter. LeBron James is a career 34% three point shooter Michael Jordan was a great defensive player, in an Era where you could handcheck. Playing defense is much easier when you can handcheck. For nearly 6'9 250 LeBron James' entire career he wasn't afforded the opportunity to handcheck. THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR..LEBRON JAMES IS THE GOAT!!!!! I have added a Postscript So many have replied, that LeBron james didn't make the playoffs his first two years and Jordan did. What they fail to say is, in 1985, 16 of 23 teams made the playoffs. In 2004, 16 of 29 teams made the playoffs. It was MUCH EASIER to make the playoffs in 1985, as opposed to 2004. Perfect example is, the 1985 86 bulls went 30-52 and made the playoffs and the 2004 05 cavaliers went 42-40 and did not make the playoffs. Also, I don't know, possibly, maybe, Jordan had a HUGE ADVANTAGE considering he played three years of college basketball and LeBron James was 19 years old, and straight out of high school

Just arm-bars defenders out of the way, then drives by takes 3 steps without dribbling (used to be a travel) towards the basket. Sometimes shootings a 3. Steph Curry is "the ONLY" player on this Olympic team that is woefully and sadly "out of position" with NOTHING really to do. And it is NOT by accident. Steph Curry was brought TO this team for his global star power AND to diminish and scapegoat him like they did to Westbrook, Dennis Schroeder and DLo. And the most glaring, insulting, disrespectful part IS, is that Steve Kerr is Steph Curry's coach. NOT LeBron James' coach. Something else that is CONFIRMED is the fact that Steve Kerr IS without a doubt, hands down, RECORDED in the books at the courthouse, "a coward". And last thing IS, IS that it's WAY PAST time for Steph Curry to show a "backbone". Steph Curry NEEDS to tell Steve Kerr to kiss his a_s. He NEEDS to tell the Warrior organization to kiss his a_s. You can even argue his first two championships are .5s as well when you stack your team like a bitch then have the NBA block trades when Kobe tries to even the playing field. Hell, the 3rd championship can be a .5 too when the NBA dubiously suspended Draymond Green in the finals.

Anyone watching these games, knows KD is the runaway MVP. He's an instant game changer. 2nd up is Ant Edwards. He's bringing energy and enthusiasm that the other guys desperately need. LeBron is just clunky and in the way half the time. A bull on a skating rink. He'll get his layups and dunks, but nobody else around him is thriving. No chemistry.

Not only does Lebron keep embarrassing his own country but himself as well...the persistent overpraising of this man from "Captain Lemerica" to "Ledime" by Noah Eagle is ridiculous. It's amazing how his fan base tries to make it seem like the media hates him... they're THE sole reason he remains in the🐐conversation. Not to mention, Tim Bontemps claimed this was the best men's basketball team ever assembled, and yet the media finds a way to give Lebron ALL the credit and make it about him... he's an absolute nuisance.

What GOAT of any sport has lost more championship games/series than they have won? rady is 7-3 in Superbowls, if he was 3-7 would fans call him the GOAT? No, but for some reason we have to keep having this conversation with 4-6 Finals Bron. Plus, facing the Warriors is not some excuse. Lebron has had time and the talent around him to form his own dynasty and he's never been able to do it.
