Of all the led classes on KZitem I've tried, this is the one I keep getting back to. Great cues, nice tempo, calm and steady voice. Excellent 👌

I tried another led class today just for a change and came back to this one shortly after. It's just the best out there. Truly remarkable how steady his count is while he still manages to give helpful cues. All too often when teachers try to put verbal knowledge into a led class it completely ruins the sync of counting and breath.

Also have been really enjoying watching your mini-workshops on KZitem with Stu and Jelena after work! Love the one about jumping back and through and it is super helpful to slow the speed down to see actually how those knees magically can stay near everyone's chest as they jump back! Also, love the humor you have in your individual version of primary series. Thank you again!!

Good video to see what NOT to do. So many curved back! At 1:21:40 you assist the women to keep the poses, but you dont see that the shoulder ar completly down, and the back curved. There is no poin to do the poses without learning and acquiring good fondation.
@collyernicholasjohn

Nitpicking akrocine🙃 That's not a valid criticism of the teacher.. It's just that every body is different ... Different degrees of core strength etc. I am learning so much from David's instructions; and thanks to the person who posted this ❤️
@dontask4990
6 жыл бұрын
akrocine It is wrong to criticize the teacher. Your body can act different day by day. Just because the women can't do Salamba Sirsasana I in the video it doesn't mean she can't do the poses. It's hard to do 1 1/2 hour Ashtanga primary series. It's not the teacher's fault. The women get tired and losing the core strength and balance.
@jillianmccarthy8783

@@dontask4990 Don’t the men get tired too. Seems to me a lot of the women are fitter than some of the men!
