This is the season of oyster!! One bowl of oyster jjambbong will warm you up into your bones! This is simple but tasty recipe, don't miss it!!
《Ingredients》
Oyster 150g
Chinese chive, Cabbage, Onion, Chinese noodle
Korean Chili, Spring onion, Ginger
Salt, Chicken stock
《Recipe》
1. Cut between white and green part of Chinese chive.
2. Slice 1/8 onion, 1 leaf of cabbage, 1 white part of a spring onion, 1 Korean chili and mince 1 spoon amount of ginger
3. Cook Chinese noodle. (Once cooked, wash with cold water and dip into hot water shortly)
4. Put in 2 spoons of cooking oil, spring onion, minced ginger and Korean chili into heated pan and stir fry.
5. Shortly after, insert all other veggies except green part of Chinese chive and 1/3 spoon of soy sauce then stir fry together.
6. Insert 600mL of water, 1 pinch of salt, 1 spoon of chicken stock and boil.
7. Insert 150g of oyster and green part of Chinese chives and boil for few mins.
8. Put cooked noodle in a bowl and pour the soup on the top.
