i find you very interesting ,i could listen to your knowledge of cars and what to look for and not buy ,keep up the great job,i find your abilities of certant cars cool,things i didnt even know im a big car guy,have had many muscle and reg cars ,never a corvette ,the ones i like are just to expensive im a 1963 through 1967 corvette guy ,came close with a 67 327 drop top but lost out on the deal by few bucks ,keep up the videos ,tell crew het from big dave in michigan ,little town north of detroit ,port huron

-I tried this just because I could. -To be honest I skipped forward a lot. -I have always loved your ice cream cone tart. FANTASTIC ice cream is at the top of my food loves but not tattoos. -I like the tacos vs pizza. -Originally I am from Northern California I have eaten a tons of tacos; mine and there's -But I like the hard shell version. -I make Mexican food 3 times a month from scratch and make my own corn tortillas. Chile rellenos is my speciality. The egg yolks go on first, then flour, then beat the egg whites until first tips. Coat one side with this and put it in the hot oil then put the stiff egg whites on the top surface. Flip when bottom golden brown. -Tacos and a cold Corona beer is the team. -BUT tacos (soft or hard) can never be as good as a great pizza. -I had pizza everyday in a different restaurant for a 5 days in NY City at the big name places. Also several known places in L.A. -I have been making my own pizza dough and pizzas for 10 years with the 1/4 steel in the oven for the heat sink. Always changing the dough recipes always trying to get the best edge crunch and taste -I had pizza everyday for a 5 days in NY City at the big name places. The problem is you have to get the pizza in and out fast or you end up with a cracker crust - NO bueno! And then the sauce needs the right texture and flavor. -Several years ago my wife and I ate the #1 pizza and it ate like a #-1. -The best pizza I even ate was at Pizzeria Binco in Phoenix, AZ. -Chris Binco's is the owner and so over the top the best human and involved in welding, art, just involved. -There is a 3 hr. wait to get in. -We just went back to our hotel, took a nap, then they called and we were at the shop in 10 minutes. -3 years later we were back in Phoenix for 3 days and then Tucson, AZ. We had pizza at Chris's everyday day but not at his first shop but his new second in Phoenix close to the other one. Because I was a member of the Bread Bakers Guild of America at that time (home baker not commercial) and the guy that sent me to Chris's shop I got the secret way to get into this other shop in 30 minutes. No I am not telling you what that is. -I could go on and on about pizza more than on and on about salvage. -The second best pizza place was "Secret PIzza" Kaula Lumpur, Laos. Italian guy ran two brick oven, two organic salad stations, 2 volley ball courts (with sand), shaded places and benches to sit on. Only open 3 days a week. God...that pizza was especially good since were were in the Cambodia/Laos area for two month. This is a first long comment on a salvage site about pizza and tacos. buy cars that you can repair and then save money and sell them and then buy cars that are parting cars and sell those parts and then just keep moving forward

@@RossLH I was up there for an event at Gilmore Car Museum, which was an awesome place! Didn't leave the house much in Kalamazoo unfortunately, went to this place latitude 42 a few times which was pretty good. Likewise if you're ever down here definitely give me a shout.
