It's not just what might have been, but the horror of the fear and pain of the children. It must haunt them forever 😢😢😢

Absolutely horrendous. Very well made documentary. All those poor kids and their families. Its hard to comprehend that a couple could do this. That anyone could do this, is unbelievable. God Bless them all.

He shouldn't. Not his fault. He thought an adult neighbour was taking them. Even if he had gone who's to say Brady and Hindley wouldn't have taken Lesley by distracting him in some way.

@@foreverred105 Sick freaks, both of them. People like Lord Longford who made excuses for Myra's gender are just as idiotic as they come in my eyes. That bitch was enjoying the pleasure of seeing those poor parents and families' suffering and pain.

Such evil is so hard to understand. That the murderers could do that for no reason at all but pleasure. It wasn't like a revenge thing and no one made them do it. They just chose to. Why? That is evil I would suppose.

I do not know how police, psychologists, lawyers, corrections officers can deal, with the likes of Ian Brady, apparently he was very arrogant, controlling and manipulative. I would lose my temper.

No-one without normal human feelings can possibly know what real remorse is, enough of the psycho-babble. If Brady had got out, he would've killed again. That much is obvious

Brady absolutely loved being the moors murderer he had no remorse at all ... He refused to tell were the final body was either because he couldnt remember or out of a sick sense of control .... He only admitted to the other murders to spite myra.... He never exonerated david smith either

@Stacey Rae He was a diagnosed, Psychopath *of the highest order!* He also had other personality disorders, and mental illnesses, he had *absolutely zero remorse,* and not only that, he was proud of the heinous crimes he committed. It's something he openly admitted, and up until the day he died he used the fact that he still hadn't revealed Keith Bennett's burial site, to torture his family. He toyed with the boy's mother as she lay dying of Cancer, hinting that he may 'remember where he was'... but he never did, even after he died he didn't leave the information for Keith's brother and nephew. Psychopaths do not have the capacity for "remorse" or "empathy" they don't have any of the emotions and feelings that come naturally to other human beings. On the contrary, they truly believe that those emotions and feelings would make them weak and less 'powerful'. They use their lack of 'human feeling' as an advantage to manipulate, violate and abuse others. Hindley and Brady both referred to all other human beings as "maggots". I honestly *can't fathom,* how you could think a man that *tortured, raped, murdered and buried children on the moors,* hidden from their families, *never meant to be found* ...fully intending for their families to never know what happened to their 'babies'.. could have even the tiniest, molecule, of "remorse, *let alone* on a daily basis, as he's reminded that he's "The Moors Murderer". Let's be absolutely clear, he absolutely *relished* in that fact, it was what he thought made him "greater and braver, than the rest of us mear mortals".
