This movement sequence activates the outer pathways, the leg abuctor muscles and tendons,, and harmonises the full body movement. The movement sequence is mostly done in side-lying, through side-bending. We work with lightness, and wiithout extra weights or stressors, so we can fully focus on the details and sensations, and how everything plays together.
