LEG DAY - WHITEBOARD WORKOUT
*Warmup - Leg Extensions / Leg Curls
Goal - Push Blood in the Muscles
1. Leg Presses - 5 sets X 12, 12, 10, 10, to failure
Last Set Strip Set to Failure.
2. Squats - 4 sets X 10, 10, 8, 8
Good Clean Reps
3. Stiff Leg Deadlifts or RDL's - 4 sets X 10, 10, 8/failure, 8/failure
Last 2 Sets Superset with Lying Leg Curls to failure
4. Linear Hack Squats - 3 sets X 12, 10, 10/failure
Last Set Drop to Zero Weight, Single Leg to Failure
Superset
5. Leg Extensions. 3 sets X 12
6. Lying Leg Curls 3 sets X 12
