The Legal Method and Writing program is an integral part of the JD curriculum at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law. Our program is designed to ensure practice-ready students who are well-equipped to succeed when they begin externships, summer jobs, clerkships, and legal careers.
This workshop features a panel of scholars sharing advice about choosing topics for scholarship, deciding what type of scholarship to write, finding time to write, establishing a writing process, and getting published.
