I have bought Legion 5 Pro 16ACH6H in April 2021. After almost two months the screen went black. I have tried to power drain it as it is proposed on some forums. I have tried Ctrl+Shift+Windows+B to restart the graphic card. It only worked with external screens. Finally I decided to take it to an authorized service in Romania, Depanero. They have changed the motherboard and they have told me that this is the main issue with Lenovo products in general. When I have received it after one week everything worked fine and the speakers were very good compared with the first time when I bought the laptop. Now after two months I have encountered the same issue. The laptop screen is black and it only works with external monitor. I can't go in BIOS as well. I will lose another week waiting for the new motherboard to come. And probably after two months the cycle will continue with another black screen. I will try to resell this product to a service for electronic parts if possible although it had cost me 1600 Euro. From the time I have bought the product I can honestly say that at least 30% of my time went with troubleshooting and service. By the way I have used drivers from Lenovo and I have explicitly disabled Windows 10 to take its own drivers. I have tried the other way around as well. I am not sure if this is just a faulty product by design or it is just my unit. For me Lenovo its a no go since I cannot rely on it with my daily work. Warranty save you money with repairing's but does not give you back the time spent while servicing the product.
