Thanks! Due to the shape of the LEGO train motors, you can run it with 9v motors as well!

That was an amazing video!! 👍Your channel is definitely underrated. Your moc looks awesome and your commentary was both with a calm voice and very interesting. But why do you talk so bad about PF train motor? RC motor is trash indeed but PF train motor has good torque especially when doubled up on a locomotive. I used that on my Swiss SBB Re 4/4.

It's not that the motors are "bad" per se, just that they are very inflexible with very little low speed torque due to the high gearing... they are only good at going fast, which is not what I want for most trains. The PF train motor does get strictly more torque/efficiency than the RC train motor, but the low-speed torque numbers for both pale compared to even the lowly M-motor. This is a really good reference for the specs of various Lego motors: www.philohome.com/motors/motorcomp.htm

@@NonsenseWars I know this website it's very interesting! You are right PF train is optimizied for high speed especially also because it has lower friction because no gears are needed. Tbh most of my trains are also slow even if I want them to go fast haha
