I appreciate the use of LURPs & BURPs! They seem to be looked down on when people use them, but at the end of the day they are just Lego pieces. It's all how you use them! Putting them sideways was a great idea and it looked great, giving you some texture that I don't think you could achieve otherwise. Also smart use of Duplo! I've been looking at garage sales for some, but haven't found any since I started looking. Gerat job so far, I look forward to seeing the finished product!

Very enjoyable to see terraforming happen so quickly! Usually, these kind of things take millions of years!🤣Excellent technique and creativity! I do think that your idea about a little public viewing area at the top of the cliff sounds right! I love those kind of spots!🔥

I like those spots too! It is cool to see so much happen so fast, but sometimes its like: that was 4 hours of video condensed into like 20 seconds 😭

I think the duplo is smart. It's coming off my attic if I ever gonna do a tunnel or mountain.

the snot LURP and the diagonal LURP were great! Lots of really great rock work overall. Definitely took your time to get great variety and not just a bunch of vertical slopes in DBG.

This is an awesome mountain and great texture work. We are working to improve our texturing and one day want to try a snow type mountain in our custom LEGO city. Thanks for a great video!

the mountain is pretty interesting - though it looks maybe a bit busy to me when its going mostly vertical. not sure what you'd do about it exactly though, since this style i think works great for the path up but on such a large area it looks a bit weird to me. good video though! love seeing progress updates!

Yes, busy is a good word for it. The changes between colors is just a bit too frequent. I think that's probably the main issue, but its a bit late to change it. I have a few more areas of rockwork for this display and I'll probably stick to the same strategy for consistency, but in the future I think I know how to make cliffs and mountains look a lot better.

looove the area with the larger pieces and SNOT construction, almost a shame it's more hidden away in comparison to the rest

Yeah I wasn't sure how the whole thing would end up, but its at the "front" of the display so it's still pretty visible. Thanks for watching!

Here's an idea for the mountain name: Mont Brick, or Mont Block, based on existing mountain Mont Blanc.

I have a trolley episode coming up (not sure when I'll do it, but this year for sure). I also have the crocodile locomotive, but I haven't motorized it yet.
