I’m a Physio & I prescribe those “plank adductors” for groin rehab to prevent reinjury so that’s likely why the soccer player was doing them because common injury for them! & your form is on point for it so good work 👌🏼👌🏼

Amy Craigslist it’s fine if you’ve got good form like Nikki does because you should be using groin + core to get up but if you’re worried shuffle down more so you’re knee is more supported, it’ll be easier on the groin too if you’re just starting

Just got home from the gym. Leg day for me. I'm wearing the same GymShark tights as you- I love them! I do all the same exercises you did (but not the one you did for adductors on the floor over a bench-I use a machine). Plus I do the leg press, leg curl, inner, adductor and abductor all using machines. Using the cables I also work on quads and hamstrings. I love the Deadlift and do it same as you, but I also do it with feet in 2nd ballet position (with feet pointing out ). It works a bit more on inner thighs. So glad I discovered you! I just subbed!

I have the same problem as you on the lying hamstring curl! Im 5'1 and I feel it right at the back of my knee and always wondered why it didn't work out for me! Moving up the bench is a very good idea I'm going to give that a go!

What do you recommend starting with as far as weight training if you are a beginner, or I should say “beginning” to get back into it after having 2 babies in 2 years!?!? I used to lift but am pretty out of shape and want to get back into it. I just can’t seem to figure out where to start...

hi Nikki! Great video as always! Question though: I have never had a problem with my hip flexor until i was in an accident last july, and i cant seem to keep it loose since then. it tightens up something awful every night. Other than the side abductor movement in this video, are there others that might be helpful?
