Lemonade Cake
Serves: 12 - 16
1 White cake mix
1 (6oz.) can frozen lemonade
3/4 Cup powdered sugar
Whipped cream, for garnish
Grease and flour a 9” x 13” cake pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except substitute 1/3 cup lemonade for 1/3 cup water. Bake as directed on package; cool 15 minutes. Mix remaining lemonade with the powdered sugar. Prick warm cake with a fork and drizzle lemonade/powdered sugar mixture over cake. Serve with whipped cream.
