According to this recipe, pancakes were prepared in schools and kindergartens of the USSR. And although it was a very long time ago, both children and adults still like Soviet yeast pancakes. Treat your loved ones. Bake tender and fluffy pancakes with dry yeast.
INGREDIENTS:
• high-speed dry yeast - 11 g = 3 tsp. without a slide
• water - 250 ml (36-37 degrees Celsius)
• flour - 280 g = 9 tbsp. l. with a small hill
• sugar - 16-20 g = 1 tbsp. l. with a small hill
• salt - 3-4 g = 0.5 tsp.
• vegetable oil for frying - about 50 ml
