CREAMY SAUSAGE PASTA
Ingredients:
- Kielbasa or Hungarian sausage, sliced
- Penne noodles, pre-cooked
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Quickmelt cheese, grated
- Onions, minced
- Garlic, minced
- All purpose cream
- Tomato sauce
- Chicken cube
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
- Chili flakes (optional)
- Fresh tomatoes, blended (optional)
- Water
Procedure:
1. Melt the butter in olive oil on your pre-heated pan. Sauté the minced garlic and onions afterwards.
2. Set aside the garlic and onions on one side of the pan while you put the sausage slices on the other side. Make sure to turn the sausage slices so both sides would be cooked. Set aside the sausage afterwards leaving the garlic and onions in the pan.
3. Pour your tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Add water if needed.
4. Drop the chicken cube and dissolve it in the sauce.
5. Pour all purpose cream to make the sauce creamier. Mix well.
6. Sprinkle your grated quickmelt cheese and continue to stir.
7. Optional: Pour your blended fresh tomatoes for added taste.
8. Put back the cooked sausage in the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
9. Mix the sauce and the pre-cooked penne noodles together. Sprinkle pepper, parmesan cheese, and chili flakes (optional) for final touches.
10. Serve and enjoy!
