Leonard Nimoy was an exceedingly fine actor and an unforgettable icon from my childhood, who's work I continued to admire and enjoy long into my adult years. He was truly a great artist of many passionately explored facets, and he will certainly be missed by so very many, traveling as we shall along that passage which leads us to all our tomorrows.
I'd also like to include my dear old friends, Jon McKenzie and Jeff Watkins in the spirit of this humble tribute... Jon & I grew up together (I believe we still are?), and we shared many happy years comparing notes during the original network broadcast of "Star Trek" and long thereafter (the 2nd season Kirk/Spock lunch fest pic, and the Carol Burnett Show pic, they're both included here with you in mind, pal -- thanks!)... and of course, Jeff provided the music for this hastily compiled homage, while likewise sharing many cherished years of friendship, in addition to very kindly and patiently helping to expand my appreciation of the arts.
Rest in peace, Mr. Nimoy... My sincere condolences and best wishes to his family and friends, along with so many teary-eyed admirers all over the world.

P.S. I know, I neglected to include a tip-of-the-hat to that wonderful old "In Search Of..." TV series, and the Vincent Van Gogh play, too. Geez, I only had 5 minutes, for pity's sake. Give a tired old man a break. ;-)
Okay, over and out for now. Back I go into my dark cave, since I've gotta stay a couple steps ahead of the migraine monster!
