Mam I am from Pakistan, you are so nicely explaining and clearing concepts , but There is one request that kindly don't delete some parts of videos, for example the part of video where you were explaining etiology of optic chiasm pathology like aneurysm, third ventricle dilatation etc , that part deleted ,

Because the second order neurons synapse here and then the third order starts. The third order neurons are from geniculate body to cortex. Any lesion behind the LGB will effect the third order and not second order ..and therefore there won't be atrophy seen in optic nerve usually
