This was an interesting listen! We have about 15 flavors and usually all flavors sell in a day. But we encourage flavors as apart of our brand and set our prices to automatically include 2 flavors “for free”. It works great for us and we have so much fun taking about the flavors and hearing combinations the customers come up with!

When it comes to using shakers..do you use a separate shaker for each flavor type or do you just use one shake for all the drinks? Like, one shaker for the berry, one shaker for plain lemonade, one shaker for plain limeade, etc. Also, I have an standard size 4 door car. I cannot afford to hitch a trailer or anything. What would you recommend for tables that would sufficient enough to start with? Ok sorry another thing, what size cooler would you recommend to keep ice in to start?

Good thought on the snocone flavors. We offer about 15 or so flavors, and that seems like it’s just enough to look like you’ve got a selection, but not enough to where it takes up a lot of space, and it doesn’t take them too long to decide. That being said, though, if we only served blue razz, tiger blood, and pina colada, that would be enough. One that’ll make blue, one that’ll make red, and one more that’s yellow, to make a rainbow really might be enough.

I took me a bit to understand I didn’t need nearly as many flavors as I had. It just wasn’t good business sense for our company
