3:13 Good thing you mentioned David Goggins , so basically he has done a great job pushing the young generation forward by enhancing mental toughness and discipline. The problem is that you have said that we shouldn’t be following his training regimen to not fall in the trap of pain and injuries, I just wanted to mention that Goggins had never neglected the fact that recovery is really crucial for optimal performance, thus he is recovering every single day 2hours every night according to him . To sum up,I’m not saying that we should be training like Goggins but we need to take in consideration his personal fulfilment and resilience to work and be the best version of ourselves

Great input. I think some people can take things a little too far but even that isnt an issue as long as recovery is a priority

I've been telling my clients that for almost 40 years. The workout is about breaking the body down. Recovery is where the body gets stronger
