Hey hey hey Stan, how have things been going, it’s been nothing but non stop grinding here with the lawns, everything has come together lovely, the equipment is holding strong and working well, I am very happy with how it has all gone, I hope you have been well too, this week was a very interesting week to say the least, to start, everyone talked about that submarine that as we all know, eventually came to the loss of five lives, very sad, part of me would have never let them go but at the same time we had no control over it. But Stan, the summer has started off very well, I’m happy with how everything has gone, today we did a bunch of shopping since it rained today, can’t cut wet lawns, so shopping and then for dinner tonight we’re having the homemade tacos, and sweet Mexican corn cake, we’ll Stan, it was a pleasure getting to type this comment for you c have a good weekend my friend, and god bless and go get em, your pal and friend Alexander costa

We have rippers for the big excavators and mini excavators. They work good on some rock as well. Rock to hard to dig with a bucket but not hard enough to need the hammer.

Stan cool attachment I personally like to grind the stumps around Philly recycling facilities don’t like any stump larger then 18” but it would be great for rock and concrete removal and demolition

Just wondering are those rippers uncommon in USA? Because here in Sweden it’s very common that a excavator have a ripper as a extra attachment to the machine. Great video!

That poor chainsaw blade 🤣 jokes aside that's an awful handy attachment. It would be cool to see a video highlighting your favorite and most useful attachments and pieces of equipment that you've owned over the years. As someone who's starting to consider larger equipment purchases this year, it would be great to get advice on what someone should look for, especially as a start up hardscaping outfit.

That ripper is the best thing going for installing silt fence at the beginning of the jobs as far as frost goes that machine is way too light to rip frost with you are way better off with a hydraulic hammer, thing works awesome for stumps like you experienced as well . Once again I saw a short and had to go to your channel to see if there were any new videos I wonder what'd up with that

that reminds me of the beak of a Parrot. there should be a tool, that could mimic that force and beak action that such birds often use to "chip" wood. it seems to be quite an efficient means to go through it. i can imagine a type of splitter that used such a geometry for just such a purpose.
@Dirtmonkey

Good pick up with the initial chainsaw danger. The second I saw him move in I was screaming into my phone. Both operators "should" be wearing PPE, like chainsaw chaps. But I don't tell on you if you don't tell on me. But cutting into something that's under pressure is very risky. Sometimes it has to be done, but as the sales rep who took over the saw did in the end, you can always try cutting it from the side that's not likely to be where you get hit by a huge lump of wood under tension.
