It’s a reflection of your feelings inwardly that create a magnetic energetic field that is lovely! Thanks Aaron, namaste

The more you own your own insecurities the more you will attract people that aren't superficial or just like that energy. I own myself more. That's the energy that I want to put out there and it's so much more powerful!!!! You know what. I have insecurities. I feel fear. Fear of being abandoned by someone I love. I want to be with someone. Even though I should probably be alone first. I feel fear that someone I love will think I am worthless. I worry that I think I am worthless and I don't want to feel it. But you know what I feel it. I feel worthless. I feel that I could be abandoned or rejected. And I'm sensitive (I say that like its a bad thing when its not. But it's a gift!!!). But you know what that's ok. And I own it and that's beautiful. That's so beautiful and this is what makes me beautiful too. Thank you Aaron for helping me to see that and you are beautiful too. But no homo bro lol. This is definitely one of your most powerful videos and I feel that as you evolve; we evolve too and we can see your progression as well, and in a way we are part of it too. Isn't that beautiful? ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I feel powerful thanks to you lol. This is helping me heal and I think this is also about the path to letting go.

My heart goes out to you. I checked out a few of the videos and you have definitely been through the ringer. Hopefully your audience can learn through you. I sometimes wonder if Narcs are even human. How can they have a soul and behave like that?! Maybe they are NPCs. I pray that my sons never encounter one. Anyhow, I hope you are now feeling confident AF!! Sending light and love.

We are all divine creations, so feeling insecure about certain parts and putting ourselves down truly is disrespecting the divine🦋 The idea of a perfect look is just a human concept, and it varies from time to time and place to place what is considered beautiful. This way of thinking really helped me with negative self talk, once I realised I was talking shit about the divine it was much easier to stop😂😍

Owning your self completely to the point where that becomes that natural state is amazing and can happen if it comes from the heart. Not just positive affirmations but feeling it in the soul. As a man of 34 years old I battled insecurity for the last 4 years. In 2019 after having tried to get a baby with my ex for years I went to my GP and asked for help. After an operation and tests I got told that I am infertile. That I don't even have the cells that turn into seeds. But the worst part is that I belong in the group that they don't find a reason or cure for. There is none for my issue and they put it on the "born-defect" pile. After denying it for about half a year I started to realize my self-worth took a nose dive. I just found your channel and It's thanks to people like you that I got through this and start to feel more comfortable and try to see the disorder in a positive light. Thanks so much for your great energy and insights!

This is so true and I needed reminding of this because I have created a self-fulfilling prophecy by worrying about how I come across to people or a partner, therefore because of the overthinking and excess worrying I end up causing the very things I was afraid to show, and it definitely effects the way people see you. Whereas when I’ve owned my anxiety and laugh off certain things rather than panic over them, it’s created an entirely different energy and I’ve noticed that whenever I’m in a good energy and felt more confident within myself and not try to control situations, I attract more unexpected abundance and I have attracted certain people that normally I would have been the one chasing

How did you own your anxiety?
@jamiehawkins5077
Жыл бұрын
@@Fandoms4Life to be honest it’s taken many years and I’m still not 100% there yet. I’ve still got much to work on, but from being a young child I’ve always had anxiety looming over me amongst other things and I always listened to the older adults closest to me like family, and although it came from a place of caring, comments like “you’ll grow out of it” or “the more you do it the better you’ll feel” or the typical “there’s always someone worse off than you.” I always trusted their comments until years had past and I realised “wait a minute, I still feel the same way and although I’m living my life as expected, I’m not happy.” So I started evaluating myself and listening to my own inner voice rather than everyone else’s and it really changed things for me! I trusted my instinct and used it to make my own decisions, such as getting therapy and taking meds. I always respect people’s opinions when they voice them to me but since I’ve listened to myself and acknowledged my own emotions, I feel much better for it. Emotions are real and they are there for a reason, no matter how severe, it doesn’t matter because they are still there and I think in society it’s easy for a lot of people to compare situations and make your feelings out to be lesser than what they are, and listening to this can be even more harmful in my opinion. But also I believe that in situations where my anxiety has caused issues to arise (like in relationships for example) becoming more self-aware has been a massive help to me as I am able to take a step back and evaluate myself, not in a harsh way but to better myself in future situations where I can if that makes sense. Lol sorry I do waffle on 🤣🙈

❤luv this video. I used to get bullied in school ( even in pre school(, mostly because I had to learn foreign languages,changed countries,was too skinny,face imperfect). The insecurity stayed with me until I got my first boyfriend at 22 who called me kind and beautiful. I grew up more confident , throughout the following years,and when I got called names again, ( sometimes),I just ignore the bullies. I focused on being kind and my skills ,not on my small teeth or scars. I see younger females today competing with one another,and a guy told me the other day,the girls all look the same,big lips,fake hair,etc...That's ok,but hey all,let's all be authentic.Its more fun. Thank you Aaron,in the past few years I have changed my energy for the better.( you deserve a 🏅 medal). To who's reading this,you are special the way you are.🎉

he left me. my "best friend". discarded me: like last week's garbage. replaced me with another. abandoned and betrayed me. for 6 weeks and for 6 days: I was barely able to breathe, after he left me. I cried myself to sleep, nightly. I woke up in breathless panic, every morning. but now, today, for the first time... the darkness is lifting, a little. I honestly feel bad for him, truly I do, he doesn't realize the profound love and friendship that he lost in me. he lost a lot, by losing me. I would have given him the world. I truly loved him. but, seeing how mean he was to me, at the end... shows me just how deep his issues and wounds run... his willingness to hurt me, shows me just how much our friendship really is over! while we had each other, it was amazing. I am ETERNALLY grateful. it's impossibly hard to go from best friends to complete strangers... but.. I will get through this. for, I must...

Aaron your videos have all sounded earnest, coming from a true place to help and heal...but I have struggled to make any of it work for myself living here in Miami. I feel like some places or people/situations just do not open up/engage/the opportunity never arises to utilize your exercises and growth techniques due to the general environment. I've been struggling to feel what/who is the real me because on antidepressant medication your body and soul and head becomes so cloudy and temporarily at peace, but when you go off, your world comes crashing and the small progress of following your awesome guidance goes out the window, and I feel some really bad animalistic rage and primitive, permanently embedded dark side of me come out. It really is a struggle each day because finding a calm collective baseline of just chillness and an approachable state seems more rare compared when I was younger and life didn't beat me up so much. I have been following your vids for a year and want to keep going, but gosh I feel more lost and sick than ever 😔

Many times, over the years, I have posted on social media that I love my life and I wouldn’t trade places with anyone. Fame and fortune have never been a priority for me. I’ve been agnostic for my entire adult life but two years ago I was basically forced into this spiritual awakening. I didn’t even realize it was happening until recently, when the man of my dreams turned out to be a carrot on a stick. He went from telling me that we were, “compatible in every way,” to saying that his personal life was, “broken in many ways.” That’s when I learned about twin flames and suddenly everything made sense. I’m frustrated about supposedly having free will but then being told I must upgrade myself and my life if I ever want to see my Twin Flame again. How much better do I need to be before the universe believes I could possibly love myself? It feels like a kick in the teeth. Like the universe suddenly said, “Oh, Hell no. You can’t possibly be satisfied with yourself, girl. You need to upgrade yourself before you can love yourself and don’t even think of your twin flame until you’re rich and famous.”
